Recently, we’ve launched some great AI features, including AI layout generation and AI website generation. Now, we’re letting you get more precise with generating individual sections using more specific prompts while significantly improving Divi AI’s ability to generate a wide range of layouts.
Unsplash has also been integrated into section and layout generation, allowing Divi AI to pick real photos to accompany its written content.

Generating Sections With Divi AI
You can generate a section with AI when adding a new section to the page. Tell Divi AI about the section you want to create and supply information about your website or business, and it fulfills your request. It utilizes Divi’s wide range of modules to create a custom layout and fills those modules with well-written content and relevant images.
In seconds, you have a new section generated just for you! If you like the colors and fonts it chose, you can tell Divi AI to remember its choices, and it will use those same styles each time it generates a new piece of content.
Building New Pages Section by Section
Building a new page from scratch using Divi AI’s section generator is a great way to work if you have a rough idea of your page’s structure. In this example, I am building a home page for an interior designer. I start by asking it to generate a hero section, followed by an overview of the company’s services, a portfolio of their work, some testimonials, and finally, a call to action to get in touch and request a quote.
In minutes, I have the whole page laid out exactly as I envisioned.
Iterating On AI-Generated Layouts & Websites
You can generate complete layouts and even entire websites with Divi AI. After generating a design, you may want to change a few things or add more content. That’s where Divi AI’s new section generator comes in.
For example, I used Divi AI to generate the About page in the video below. It’s off to a great start and includes a company history section and a profile for our team members. But, it doesn’t mention our services, which seems like a missed lead-generating opportunity.
I’ll add a new section towards the bottom, above the Call to Action, and tell Divi AI to create a new section that outlines our company’s services. Divi AI gets to work, and within a few seconds, it makes the section I was looking for.
Since I already generated a layout and confirmed my design preferences, each section I add will match this layout and the rest of my website.

Using AI to generate its images offers the advantage of unlimited possibilities and uniqueness. However, using stock photos is much faster, and the results are more reliable. You can choose either option.
